48-Hour Focaccia

Crisp-crusted, airy-crumbed focaccia, made with Sicilian olive oil, cold-fermented for 48 hours, and garnished with seasonal toppings.

This season, the focaccia is available in two flavors:

Sea Salt: simply finished with olive oil and flaky Maldon sea salt

Confit Potato & Garlic: baked with yellow potatoes and garlic slow-cooked in olive oil, garnished with rosemary and truffle oil
